We collaborated with ManyPets to create a series of ultra-fluffy visuals to coincide with their ‘For Life With Your Tailmates’ campaign.

Our brief was to design 3D dog and cat tails that could live across marketing, working both as static imagery and as playful animated elements for social media. The result is a set of assets packed with purrr’sonality and just the right amount of wag and whiskers.

3D Tail Dynamics

We rigged the tail with a dynamic IK chain allowing motion to flow down the joints for a natural drag while our control handles the key poses. Basically, the animator nails the swagger, and the rig sneaks in the physics.
